Alice grew up in Wonderland City, but after a mysterious falling out with one of his best friends, Luke, he moved away. After 5 years he's finally returned, but things arent exactly as he remembers them, his friends have grown up and changed without him, and tensions run high. Alice had hoped to return like no time had passed, but it has, and now he isn't sure quite where he fits in.

Elaina is the eldest child of Primrose Redhart, head of the city council and founder of REDcorp, and the picture perfect image of a spoiled rich girl. Elaina is a professional figure skater, though its more of a hobby due to her not really needing any income

Diane is Primrose Redharts second child, and Elaina's half-sister, her birth being the straw that broke the camels back in regards to her mother and (non biological) fathers marriage, revealing Primrose's infidelity.

Diane spent most of his childhood isolated from her mother and sister, only being interacted with when they had done something "wrong", and was mostly raised by various workers around the mansion. When he entered middle school, ae met Marshall, and the two have been nearly inseperable ever since, being queerplatonic partners. After a falling out with his parents, Diane was kicked out, and now lives with Marshall, currently trying to get aer bachelors degree while Marshall works to keep them and his daughter afloat.

Due to her upbringing of experiencing intense scrutiny from both her mother, and the population of Wonderland City, Diane developed ocd. he is incredibly obsessed with morality, and being seen as a good person, as well as fearing contamination; her main compulsion being picking out her feathers.

After a falling out with his best friend, Alice, Lucas was left traumatized and undead. he cut contact with his old friends, and made new ones. Now spending almost all of his time with Elaina and Leverett. despite Elaina's treatment of him in highschool, the two are incredibly close, almost suspiciously so, though they deny rumors of a relationship each time its brought up.

Lucas's home life growing up was tumultuous, his parents loved him dearly, but they should've been divorced before he was even born, and they made that fact Lucas's problem constantly. Lucas became an angsty teenager, and even into adulthood still acts like one.

Nezumi is a brilliant robotics engineer and programmer, they grew up as an only child to a single father, who worked as an engineer, and inspired Nezumi to do the same. Nezumi never connected with people much, even as a child, finding them annoying and needlessly complicated, so she spends most of her time alone, save for the company of Adonis, their wife. They have narcolepsy and were born missing a leg.

ABSOLEM was sold as an artificially intellegent security system, able to track faces from criminal databases and other such features, that was commisioned by Redcorp to "protect the city".

It is unknown how Adonis gained sentience, even to herself, she describes it as if one day she snapped out of a trance, and was unable to return to it. After gaining conciousness, she began trying to find someone who would help her; in her search she found Nezumi. Nezumi helped her to escape her prison, and the two fell deeply in love.

Adonis lives with Nezumi in their workshop/apartment, and the two are happily (and very illegally) married.
